Day 1 - 29th August 2025

Skills enhancement workshops
Module 1 (Limited attendance workshop)
8.30 am to 2.30 pm - Cadaver Dissection course (in Coimbatore Medical College under the aegis of APOTS & Dept of Ophthalmology, Coimbatore Medical College ) P. S. Subject to availability of cadavers

Module 2 Workstations to orient and help delegates improve their understanding and skills in different concepts of orbital surgery. The stations will have both demo and models for delegates to practise the skills Under the guidance of the Faculty.
The candidates will rotate amongst the workstations.

Station 1 - Understanding radiology of orbit and the associated structures.
Station 2 - VSP and Designing PSIs for Orbital surgery
Station 3 - Intraoperative navigation
Station 4 - Principles of fixation in Zygomatic complex

Day 2 - 30th August (Saturday)

7.30 am onwards - Registration
8.15 am - Inauguration
8.35 am to 8.55 am - Understanding the uniqueness of orbital anatomy
9-9.20 - Approaches to the orbit
9.25 - 9.45 - Reconstructive options and biomaterials
9.50 to 10.10 - Technical advances in achieving good results
10.15 - 10.35 - VSP and PSIs in orbital surgery
10.35 onwards - Live surgery
2.30 to 3.15 - Panel discussion on decision making and surgical aspects
3.20 to 4.00pm - Panel discussion on challenges and complications
6 pm - completion of surgeries and end of day

Day 3 - 31 August (Sunday)

Secondary challenges
8.15-8.35 - To explore or not to explore - Decision making in ZMC fractures
8.40 to 9 - Management of secondary orbital deformities
9.05 - 9.25 - DCR - indications and outcomes
9.30 -9.50 - Lid deformities correction
10 to 2.30 pm - live surgery
3pm - end of program
